With ten subconsultants and 85 permit submittals, the Pavilion building is comprised of a 4-story, 156,000-square-foot building, a separate riverside building, gangway ,and boat slip. Constructed using precast concrete planks on steel beams, the 5-story Argosy Hotel has 300 guest rooms and a 6-story parking garage constructed using cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete. Clad in brick, the garage has spaces for 1,900 cars. Approximately 1/3-mile long, Argosy Parkway connects the casino complex to US 50. From US 50, it rises to the top of the levee then descends into Lawrenceburg, Indiana. US 50 improvements included widening a 2-mile stretch from five to seven lanes.
