A classic example of turning an obsolete space into a visually pleasing retail center, American Structurepoint oversaw the demolition of an old grocery store and retail center to allow for construction of a new, 3-building, 2-phase retail center in Indianapolis. The intricate details and building materials created an upscale image using different types of lighting and accent colors to enrich the single-story structure.
