Consisting of two office wings joined together by a glass-enclosed lobby, American Structurepoint provided design of this speculative office building in Indiana’s Carmel Science and Technology Park. The 2-story lobby is a dynamic space sporting terrazzo floors and a sculptural staircase rising to the “bridge” connector. Solicited metal panels and a glass cad exterior give the building a high-tech look.
