More than 70 retailers line this lifestyle center’s broad sidewalks, creating a unique feeling of downtown in the suburbs. As the site/civil engineer for the project, American Structurepoint was charged with converted rolling acreage with over 30 feet of relief to a pedestrian-friendly lifestyle center.  The presence of a fuel pipeline bisecting the site made matters even more interesting.
