As part of the land development process, Norry Management Corporation, a prominent land development company located in Rochester New York, employed the services of American Structurepoint to perform a Phase I Environmental Site Assesment (ESA) in accordance with current guidelines established by ASTM International to determine potential liabilities associated with hazardous materials and petroleum products at a potential development site. As a result of information returned during the ESA, American Structurepoint facilitated Phase II soil and groundwater testing to determine contamination levels in comparison to Indiana Department of Environmental Management exposure limits for development. American Structurepoint also performed a Wetland Delineation at the development site in accordance with standard practices established by the US Army Corps of Engineers to determine the extent of wetlands and "waters of the US" in order to facilitate site planning and mitigation requirements.
