Shoe Carnival selected Woodward Development and Construction to provide development and construction services to construct a new headquarters facility. The facility is located on Evansville’s east side on five acres of land. The building is a 60,000-sft, 2-story, pre-engineered steel building, solely occupied by Shoe Carnival. There is room on the site for 25,000 sft of future expansion.
