On 22.2 acres of land located southwest of Providence, Rhode Island, the Rhode Island Hotel and Waterpark complex will consist of a 600-room, 7-story hotel, 30,000-sft conference center and 60,000-sft indoor waterpark. The site sits just north of I-95, the major interstate through Rhode Island, on James P. Murphy Highway and east of a large wetlands conservancy of which a majority of the hotel rooms overlook.
