This project is a public clubhouse facility for the Lost Marsh Golf Course. The facility includes a golf pro shop, full locker room facilities, office and administration space, cart storage for approximately 90 golf carts, a 240-person capacity banquet hall, a full-service commercial kitchen, an 1100-sft bar/restaurant space, and a private conference room, as well as a wraparound exterior patio for outside gatherings. The structure is structural steel and composite deck with concrete slabs. The exterior materials include manufactured stone, composite metal panels, aluminum storefront windows, copper gutters and downspouts, and a flat-seam panel copper roof. The project is scheduled to go out to bid in early 2007, with an estimated completion date of June 2008.
