This design is a striking high-tech, glass, 3-sided pyramid shape. It has an Aztec stepped-pyramid inspired entrance and office block penetrating one side. Inside, the 20,526-sft water park has six activity pools or areas, including a lazy river, tower slides, zero-depth pools, and bubblers/spray elements, all following the Aztec theme. Other features include an arcade area and a food service area on the second level, overlooking the water park areas. Support spaces include patron locker rooms, locker and break area for up to 24 guards, and condominium services office and sales areas.
