Clough Pike is a heavily traveled roadway with residential properties lining each side of the roadway. This project will redesign of 1.5 miles of Clough Pike from Mt. Carmel Tobasco Road to Glen Esta Withamsville Road. The existing two-lane roadway will be widened to a three-lane section with a two-way left-turn lane running the length of the project. The project includes lowering the roadway profile to obtain positive drainage where possible, design of the intersection of Ferguson Drive and Clough Pike through final plans, including the complete design of a traffic signal, and the design of approximately 650’ of 16” and 50’ of 8” water line (all ductile iron pipe ANSI Class 52), water valves and fire hydrants.
