American Structurepoint designed an urban park to become a gathering point for the north side of Hammond. A 10-story clock tower beacon will anchor the tensil roof covered outdoor ice skating rink. The skating rink will double as a summertime outdoor market/concert/festival/lunchtime gathering spot. The parking structure will serve the needs of the new on-site retail, as well as the surrounding community.
