This project called for designing grassed waterways on agricultural land in three counties in west-central Indiana. Over 100 individual waterways, which included nearly 24 miles of open channel design, were completed for this project. The design process included survey of the existing landscape, design of the waterway to accommodate the 10-year storm event, and selection and design of grade stabilization structures at waterway outlets.
