In order to maximize the size of the retail, hotel, theater, and outlots, American Structurepoint created multiple layouts with a complement of parking spaces, loading berths and open green space, as well as the relocation of roadways. The layout — which calls for about 650,000 square feet of building and roughly 4,000 parking spaces — emphasizes safe pedestrian movement with planters, tree-lined boulevards, fountains, benches, and changing pavement types.
