Wellbrooke of Westfield
Westfield, Indiana
This 65,500-sft, 2-story prototype of a post-acute and transitional care center features start-of-the-art design providing hospitality-driven care to seniors either permanently living in the facility or temporarily residing for short-stay rehabilitation services. The idea for this project stems from a hospitality approach based on the design of a contemporary boutique hotel. The hospitality-inspired design encouraged the architect to establish interactive zones or “third spaces” where guests and residents can gather for impromptu conversations, drinks, snacks, and more.
