American Structurepoint is in the process of creating a lakefront development plan addressing the areas immediately surrounding Whiting Park and Whihala Beach County Park, creating a downtown development plan linking the 119th Street corridor with future lakefront development opportunities, and updating the community’s comprehensive plan and development regulations to harmonize the entire plan for growth.
