Services for this IDIQ contract include investigation, design, and construction observation of postal-owned and/or leased facilities in the Great Lakes service area (Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, and eastern Missouri). The general scope of work consists of investigation, design, preparation of proposal documents, construction budget and cost estimating, project and contract administrative duties, and observation of project construction.
