American Structurepoint offers a very competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

  • Standard holidays (6) off with pay
  • Two weeks of paid vacation per year after one year of employment and three weeks per year after ten years of employment
  • Annual vacation bonus equal to one week’s salary after two years of employment (employee may choose to either receive a check for the entire amount or take an extra week off with pay)

  • Overtime paid for all non-professional employees at 1.5 times hourly wage for hours worked over 40 per week and at 1.0 times hourly wage for professional employees for hours worked over 40 per week
