Qualifications:
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited college of architecture and must be a licensed Architect.
Description:
Building specialist needed for a growing engineering and architectural firm that will be responsible for performing a wide range of assessments and studies relating to building envelopes during all phases of a building?s life cycle. Responsibilities will also include maintaining client relationships as well as supervising the work of other team members.
Requirements
i. Licensed Architect or NCARB certified
ii. 10-15 years experience
iii. Bachelors of Architecture (Masters preferred)
c. Past Experience
i. Architectural design
ii. Architectural evaluations & studies
iii. Writing technical reports
iv. Developing & maintaining client relationships
