Improved Corridor Access is Good for Business -
Keystone Avenue Corridor
This presentation provides an overview of how the Indiana DOT and the City of Carmel, Indiana, worked together to improve two highly-traveled north/south transportation corridors - US 31 and Keystone Avenue. The project includes the implementation of roundabouts, teardrop interchanges, and pedestrian facilities. These improvements have improved multi-modal access and helped to fuel the city’s continued economic growth.
