The Prescott Apartments

American Structurepoint provided project planning, final development plan, and water and storm sewer design for this 25-unit apartment complex in Italian Village in downtown Columbus. American Structurepoint also did the initial boundary and topographic surveys for the design of the site, as well as the ALTA survey needed to secure the construction loan. Other survey services included an easement boundary survey, easement descriptions, and acquisition assistance. Following the design of the project, American Structurepoint provided construction layout services for the new building.
