American Structurepoint is committed to improving quality of life for the communities we serve. In conjunction with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), our construction inspection team is helping improve safety and lessen traffic congestion in downtown Columbus.
Phase 4R/6R of the Downtown Ramp Up project upgrades the ramps between Interstate 70 and Interstate 71 and includes nine bridges to improve traffic flow and safety through a congested downtown area. Our construction solutions team is providing inspection and construction administration of the bridges and works hand-in-hand with ODOT to proactively solve complex challenges.
American Structurepoint thrives on this complexity and takes pride in preventing barriers to success. With numerous underground utilities in the area and extensive maintenance-of-traffic needs to keep traffic moving in the construction area, our team draws on a deep well of resources to address issues, identify conflicts, and make certain the project moves forward seamlessly.
When complete, new gateway will be created to downtown Columbus that will improve safety and reduce congestion in a heavily traveled area.
