Vice President

As vice president, Will oversees strategic operations providing guidance for both public and private sales pursuits in Indiana and leads the sales efforts for the Indiana Department of Transportation’s local call for projects. He also is responsible for building and managing executive level relationships with existing and prospective clients to create and develop projects enhancing the quality of life for their communities.

With over 23 years in the industry and 21 years with the company, Will has developed a broad range of engineering experience and funding expertise. More importantly, he has developed his passion for helping communities bring their goals and vision to reality. Will has a complete understanding of the federal-aid process for transportation projects and uses his skills to conceive innovative solutions to clients' problems, find them funding, and delivering the project from concept to completion.

Will has had a successful role in winning and leading some of our company’s largest comprehensive multidiscipline projects in Central Indiana. Will’s experience extends throughout the Midwest and encompasses almost every type and size of project (private development, public infrastructure, planning, parks and trails, and numerous community service projects). His multidiscipline background gives him the experience to serve as American Structurepoint’s principal-in-charge for many high-profile projects and clients. With his experience, he has the ability to guide communities through planning, funding, design, and construction.
