Dale investigates and provides expert consultant opinions as to the causation of property damage claims to residential and commercial structures, equipment, vehicles and land-related to construction errors, water, wind, hail, vibration, fire, explosion, mine subsidence, landslides, settlement, accidents, and other causes. He investigates and provides expert opinions relative to regulations and codes for the above referenced cases as well as personal injuries or fatalities. He has also performed environmental site assessments on commercial and mine properties and provided professional land surveying services including boundary surveys, stockpile surveys. and topographic surveys.
